Permissions for (Ataraxion)

This post is going to be split between two sections! General permissions and his powers, what I need you guys to do is tell me what's cool with his powers so if that's all you're here for then wander on down to those!

General

Backtagging: AWESOME I LOVE IT, aka keep doing it please
Threadjacking: Ask first!
Hacking things: If you don't mind him doing it right back.
Hugging: He'll probably do it to your character first so....
Touching: Yeah again see the hugging, he'll do this a lot.
Kissing/Flirting: Sure! He'll do it right back, he's horrible like that.

Powers

Silver has some really weird abilities the full details of which are in his app here, I'll try and summarize them here but if you're unsure and the app doesn't answer it then ask!

Item Reading: This is an odd one and I'll always ask before it's use anyway. But basically Silver has a shit ton of knowledge pertaining to items of all sorts, how they're made, what they're made from, and how to remake them if he has the materials as well as hear recordings on items. He can also sense if an item is sinister/evil or not. From what I can tell he has to be actively touching it in order to do this so I'd appreciate a heads up on such things or just tell me here if your character has an item that could set this off if he were to touch it.

Telepathy: He has telepathy! He doesn't really read minds with this however,he's more likely to just like, barge in on telepathic chats though. And also flirt with your character using it and to do a lot. Really if your character can hear him mentally and he feels like bugging them he'll abuse this.

What I need: If you guys wouldn't mind telling me if it's okay for him to bug your characters telepathically and if you want to give me a heads up on his item knowledge/reading ability thing go ahead!
